By accessing or using ByteResume, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Description
ByteResume is an AI-powered resume builder and career tools platform designed for the Indian job market. We offer resume generation, ATS scoring, role intelligence, mock interview simulations, and application tracking. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Elite).
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans (Pro at ₹199/month and Elite at ₹399/month) are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for partial months. Plan limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ByteResume by attempting to bypass plan limits, scraping our AI outputs for commercial resale, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. AI-generated content is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy before submitting resumes to employers.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the personal information and content you provide. ByteResume retains ownership of the platform, design, and underlying technology. AI-generated resume content is provided to you for personal use in your job search.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
ByteResume is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of our service will result in job placement or interview success. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use.
