Session Cookies (Supabase Auth)
Essential · Expires when browser closes or session expires
These cookies are set by Supabase (our authentication provider) to keep you logged in securely. Without them, you would need to sign in on every page visit. They contain an encrypted session token — no personal data is stored in the cookie itself.
Preference Cookies
Essential · Persistent (up to 1 year)
Small values stored in your browser's localStorage (not technically cookies) that remember preferences such as your last selected role or company name when navigating between pages. No personal data is transmitted to our servers via these values.

ByteResume integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own cookie/data policies:

Authentication and database
Razorpay
Payment processing (only on checkout pages)
Google Gemini API
AI content generation (server-side only, no cookies set)

Since we only use strictly necessary cookies, disabling them will prevent ByteResume from functioning correctly — you will not be able to stay logged in. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings:
